Sensational Play \u2018Acrimony Unquenched\u2019 staged at TU-K

Acrimony unquenched is a play that highlights the issues of femicide and gender-based violence.  The production brought a vital, often uncomfortable conversations about justice and women's safety to the front of Kenyan performing arts scene.

The theatrical stage play was produced by the alumni and students of the Technical University of Kenya Drama Club. The project was designed to celebrate, nurture, and showcase the immense creative talent within the University while promoting the institution's contribution to the growth of arts, culture, and theatre in Kenya.

It served as a platform for students and young creatives to develop their skills, gain practical experience, and demonstrate artistic abilities before diverse audiences. It also sought to strengthen the bond between alumni and current students through mentorship, collaboration, and shared creative experiences.

Acrimony Unquenched was written by Mr. Emmauel Chindia, Directed by Mr. Pish Kago, Executive Producer Noel Odhiambo, Associate Producer Brian Misiati, Marketing Manager Ms. Wangari Maina, Music Director, Silas Adrian) and Dance Choreographer Kester Kibe.
